After obtaining my Master's degree in International Economics, I started my career in the investment sector. For ten years, I worked as an investment manager in venture capital and private equity. During this period, I closely analyzed many companies and management teams, and it became clear to me how essential good leadership is for successful strategic execution. These insights, combined with my curious and connecting nature, led me to make the switch to Executive Search at LIME Search. Finding the perfect match between professionals and companies gives me a lot of energy and satisfaction, because in this way I contribute to the growth of both individuals and organizations.

I didn't have to think long about working as an Office Manager at LIME. I get excited about working in an environment where I can be the link in a team where you work with and for each other. Rolf Elderenbosch

During my studies in Tax Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the mix of law and economics really appealed to me. After my studies, I started my career at Ernst & Young as a tax advisor in the international practice in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Chicago. I then worked for four years as a Team Manager at a search agency listed in England. The entrepreneurial spirit runs in the family and that is partly why entrepreneurship in LIME really appeals to me.

Eveline Eliasar

In my career I have always been a supporter. As a PA, Management Assistant and Office Manager at various dynamic companies. Relieving people's worries with great enthusiasm and being able to keep their focus gives me energy! Hospitality and organization are in my DNA and working with people gives me great satisfaction. I have always found the recruitment profession fascinating and I am happy to be working in this industry again!

Laura Gorseling

After completing my Communication studies, I transitioned into the recruitment field through hospitality. Being service-oriented has always been part of my job, and it's where I derive a lot of positive energy from. Connecting people and assisting companies and professionals further is what makes me carry out this profession with great pleasure for over four years now. Within LIME search, I focus on permanent positions and have the opportunity to develop myself in the field of Executive Search.

Since 2013, I have been part of the LIME family and from the first moment I felt at home here. Our DNA, honesty, connecting and passion, is deeply anchored in our culture and the way we work. And the fact that I can do that with such a wonderful group of people is the icing on the cake for me.

Femke Kemps

As an experienced recruitment professional, I still find it challenging to make the perfect match between company and individual in order to achieve the desired results. I am naturally curious and genuinely interested: what does the customer need and what sets the person apart? How do we jointly arrive at the best match? I have worked both at the agency side and within organizations and mediated various permanent roles. This also applies to financial positions.
At LIME I have the opportunity to further specialize in this area and build on their many years of expertise in this field.

I have gone through all phases of recruitment in my career and get the most energy from 'mediating' at Executive Search level. A combination of entrepreneurship, customer-oriented activities and commercial services. Every day, I help Finance professionals advance in their careers and think along with clients and various business issues. The family feeling I get at LIME makes it complete. A nice balance between quality, hard work and having a lot of fun together.

Cynthia Mourits

In my previous recruitment jobs I was in a lot of contact with CFOs and Business Controllers. Working with them gave me a lot of energy. Getting to know these financials well and mediating with them is the best thing there is. I think it is important to understand the industry, culture and ambitions of organizations, and to match this with the qualities of a person. So that sustainable relationships are entered into. At LIME I therefore focus on permanent positions.

After Haarlem Business School, I started my career in financial services. During this period, I discovered that networking gave me a lot of energy. Within LIME I find the perfect combination for me; on the one hand working with enterprising people and on the other hand using my own 'finance' network. Na mijn studie Arbeids- & Organisatie psychologie was ik op zoek naar een dynamische en mensgerichte baan in het bedrijfsleven. Bij LIME-/LEMON Search ben ik er trots op om als carrière partner sterke Finance professionals verder te helpen in hun loopbaan. Organizing and relieving worries is something I have enjoyed doing all my life. I like to roll up my sleeves, not only in my private life, but also at work. After completing my Fashion Business Management training, I was stimulated from day one by what managing and organizing within companies can mean for a team. I am therefore happy that as Office Manager at Lime Search I can ensure peace within the team for which I am responsible. I plan, arrange and support. Over the past 25 years, I have held various sales positions and have been active as a family mediator. As a connector, it gives me energy to help people.
I find it interesting to hear what someone's motivations are, so I can make the right match with a client. In the Interim team at LIME search I get every opportunity to do this.

After studying Communication Management and Public Administration and Organizational Sciences, I ended up in the recruitment profession. I have been active in employment mediation in the broadest sense of the word for 7 years, namely in the secondment, interim and recruitment & selection branch. In recent years, I have enjoyed focusing on the recruitment of permanent finance positions in executive search. During my HR studies I got involved in recruitment and have never left this sector. The first part of my career was mainly in the mediation of technical professionals within the Aerospace domain. I did this with great pleasure, but when it was time for something new and LIME Search&Connection came my way, it was a hit right away. The combination of the commercial and connecting that I do as a Consultant, and the fantastic family atmosphere at our offices, makes me go to work with great pleasure. It is also great to be at our new office in Den Bosch, to further expand our activities in the South region together with colleagues.

During my economics studies, I got into recruitment and this was a bull's eye: pure numbers turned out to suit me less, but people all the more!
