The selection assessment provides insight into fit for a specific role.
The assessment consists of:

  • interview: to gauge leadership qualities and benchmark against best in class in the market.
  • online: bespoke combination of relevant tests (based on Hogan Assessment method)
  • a customized report with recommendations. This report is discussed with the candidate and client.
  • coaching support post assessment is optional.

The development assessment provides a deep insight into the leadership attributes of professionals in the organization in order to improve their current or future effectiveness.
The assessment consists of:

  • interview: to gauge leadership qualities and benchmark against best in class in the market.
  • online: bespoke combination of relevant tests (based on Hogan Assessment method): potential assessment, derailers and leadership skills.
  • a customized report with development recommendations. This report is discussed with the candidate and client.
  • coaching support post assessment is optional.

The team assessment aims to make senior leaders and their team more successful, leading to a more competitive organization. We will assess the individual team members on their current capabilities and capacities. The organization will obtain a zero measurement on the individual qualities and the coherence in the team. The assessment consists of:
