NorthC Datacenters was formed in 2019 from a merger of two datacenter organizations,The Datacenter Group and NLDC. At the end of 2021, NorthC took its first steps in European expansion by acquiring IP-Exchange in Germany and recently the acquisition of three data centers in Switzerland. NorthC's headquarters is located in the Amsterdam area, The Netherlands. NorthC has 150 employees and generates approximately € 123 mio turnover.
NorthC now has 11 data centers, spread across the Netherlands, 2 data centers in Germany and 3 data centers in Switzerland. North C has no less than 4 data centers in the Amsterdam region, but they also operate in Rotterdam, Delft, Nieuwegein, Groningen and Eindhoven. That means they are always close, in distance and in relationship. They speak the customer's language and share the regional identity.
The ideal candidate
You are a performance driven and solid, constructive financial sparring partner for the financial management of the business units. You will oversee the amounts of information and you clearly discover the priorities for the business. Your critical view will help NorthC to improve its figures and steering information, to improve its internal processes, to draw up business cases and, together with management, to ensure high-quality steering. You have a Master degree in Finance/Accounting, with post-Master degree. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial leadership roles, with significant experience in serving as a business partner for executive management.
Following the acquisition of Germany's IPX, the acquisition of Switzerland's Netrics is an important next step in NorthC's European growth strategy.

Due to international growth, the need has arisen to add a strong FP&A Manager to the team. In this role you will support and advise management and the organization on financial, business and strategic issues. As FP&A Manager you will operate in an entrepreneurial setting at the intersection of financial control and business control. In this role you will report to the CFO. You will work from different locations (hybrid) and 3 days a week from the office in the Amsterdam area, The Netherlands.
