The job profileThis is a role in which you and your team will implement process improvements and ensure reliable information provision. In this role you are also responsible for jointly determining the monthly and annual results. The organization is in full swing and we are looking for someone who can move along and harmonize and standardize processes. The position has a broad character. You are responsible for a team of approximately 15 FTE (four direct reports) and the position also has a strong project-based character. This includes, for example, integrating new acquisitions (an average of 5 per year), setting up/improving the Internal Control Framework, introducing IFRS knowledge together with the Group Finance & Control department and harmonizing the various administrations. Finally, the project is the transition of two different IT systems (from Exact to AFAS) current and your input is important.
