I gain a lot of energy from people who have passion and pleasure in what they do and radiate that. And whatever profession or hobby that is, it doesn't matter to me. Just having a passion for what you do and doing it with full dedication, is what I think we can distinguish ourselves as a company. I think these are basic ingredients for success. This applies to the companies and people we work for, but also to our own team.

Martijn van de Merwe

Every day, I work together with my great colleagues at LIME with the aim of being a top Executive Search party within the financial discipline in the business world. Being in constant contact with many different people, both candidates and clients or within our own fantastic team, gives me a lot of energy and makes this the professional setting that I would like to be part of!

Claudia Jonkers

Since 2013, I have been part of the LIME family and from the first moment I felt at home here. Our DNA, honesty, connecting and passion, is deeply anchored in our culture and the way we work. Both from LIME and LEMON, the high potential label that I was able to co-found. Quality, building long-term relationships and really helping others. That's what I do it for. And the fact that I can do that with such a wonderful group of people is the icing on the cake for me.

Rolf Elderenbosch

During my studies in Tax Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the mix of law and economics really appealed to me. After my studies, I started my career at Ernst & Young as a tax advisor in the international practice in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Chicago. I then worked for four years as a Team Manager at a search agency listed in England. The entrepreneurial spirit runs in the family and that is partly why entrepreneurship in LIME really appeals to me.

Sjoerd Tijssen

During my economics studies, I got into recruitment and this was a bull's eye: pure numbers turned out to suit me less, but people all the more! I have now built up a large network and I enjoy maintaining it. I get a lot of energy from people and of course from the various organizations we help. In recent years I have helped the LIME team grow. I think being successful together and helping companies and professionals move forward is the best thing there is!

Maureen Strijbos

After studying Communication Management and Public Administration and Organizational Sciences, I ended up in the recruitment profession. I have been active in employment mediation in the broadest sense of the word for 7 years, namely in the secondment, interim and recruitment & selection branch. In recent years, I have enjoyed focusing on the recruitment of permanent finance positions in executive search. Working at LIME Search & Connection means working with a great team and a diverse customer portfolio.

Martijn Lemckert

In 2008, I decided to stop brokering real estate and focus instead on connecting people—something I feel much more strongly about. My work is challenging, meaningful, and has a real impact, both on our clients and on the lives of candidates as they embark on new professional challenges.

At LIME Search, I experience a strong sense of passion and commitment. We work with fresh energy and are fully engaged in what we do. This is the way I like to work, and I hope that others can feel that. Connecting people is what I am happy to get out of bed for every single day.

Cynthia Mourits

In my previous recruitment jobs I was in a lot of contact with CFOs and Business Controllers. Working with them gave me a lot of energy. Getting to know these financials well and mediating with them is the best thing there is. I think it is important to understand the industry, culture and ambitions of organizations, and to match this with the qualities of a person. So that sustainable relationships are entered into. At LIME I therefore focus on permanent positions.

Tobias Slot

After completing my degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, I was looking for a dynamic, people-focused role in the business world. At LIME, I am proud to act as a career partner to ambitious finance professionals, supporting them in the next steps of their careers. I also gain a lot of energy from helping organizations continue to grow and develop. Outside of work, I am an avid traveler and enjoy (motor and combat) sports as well as spending time in the sauna.

Laura Gorseling

After completing my Communication studies, I transitioned into the recruitment field through hospitality. Being service-oriented has always been part of my job, and it's where I derive a lot of positive energy from. Connecting people and assisting companies and professionals further is what makes me carry out this profession with great pleasure for over four years now. Within LIME search, I focus on permanent positions and have the opportunity to develop myself in the field of Executive Search.

Katie Brokmann

After obtaining my Master's degree in International Economics, I started my career in the investment sector. For ten years, I worked as an investment manager in venture capital and private equity. During this period, I closely analyzed many companies and management teams, and it became clear to me how essential good leadership is for successful strategic execution. These insights, combined with my curious and connecting nature, led me to make the switch to Executive Search at LIME Search. Finding the perfect match between professionals and companies gives me a lot of energy and satisfaction, because in this way I contribute to the growth of both individuals and organizations.
