In 2019, I graduated from Hotelschool The Hague and, after a brief stop at Hilton Rotterdam, started my career at DEKRA People, a secondment agency within the insurance sector. It was there that I learned the recruitment profession and took responsibility for one of the two teams. What I particularly enjoy about my new challenge at LEMON is the diversity of clients and the more intellectually complex roles, which require a tailored, bespoke approach.
