Born in Paramaribo and moving to the Netherlands at a young age, growing up with different influences shaped the way I connect with people: open, social, and genuinely interested. Early on, I learned to adapt and build connections easily—skills that form the foundation of how I work today.
During my Business Administration studies, I developed a strong interest in the commercial and people-focused side of organizations, which naturally led me into recruitment. Building trust and creating the right match are always central to my approach.
