Everfield is looking to be the leader in European vertical and specialist software solutions across myriad niche industries who provide mission critical applications, service, and support to their clients. It focuses on identifying companies that have their own IP and possess high-quality software solutions, such as mission-critical or value-added products tailored to a specific market (e.g. HR, finance/accounting, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management Manufacturing Execution Systems). It often works with owners who are looking for a path toward succession or are seeking additional capital and strategic support to grow their businesses. 

Everfield is private equity backed by Aquiline Capital Partners (“Aquiline”). Aquiline is a private investment firm based in New York and London that invests in businesses across the financial services and software sectors, specifically in insurance, financial technology, enterprise software, business services, credit, investment management and healthcare.

The job profile

The Director Integration will be a key hire into the Amsterdam based part of the Everfield team, which will be established in 2023. In addition to the Director Integration, a small team of finance professionals will be hired over the next 12 months into the Netherlands Finance team. As Everfield is a European player, it’s the expectation that the rest of the Finance team will be built across Europe. To support Everfield’s growth, we are looking for an ambitious Director Integration. You will report to the CFO (Franklin Hagel). As a Director Integration you will work in an international, entrepreneurial, ambitious and results driven organization. 

As the Director Integration you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the integration of systems, processes and technologies of the newly acquired portfolio companies onto the Everfield platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both Everfield’s and the portfolio companies’ business goals and financials, combined with the ability to define and document integration requirements, incl. data mapping, data transformation and system interfaces/ API’s. You will manage a team of integration experts, in order to integrate the newly acquired portfolio companies at pace.

Het gewenste kandidaatprofiel

  • At Everfield you’ll work independently to fulfil this position. Strong communicative and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful. You have strong (international) leadership skills in an entrepreneurial setting; 
  • Master degree in Finance, (Business) Economics or Accountancy, post-Master qualification (RA/RC) is a plus;
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience, , ideally in post-acquisition integration (consultancy, Transaction Services or corporate/ PE setting); 
  • Strong communication skills, result-oriented and solution-oriented and able to bring about changes;
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-starting;
  • Analytical ability, conceptual thinking ability and a strong feeling for relationships between Everfield HQ  and operating company.
