The job profile
In this position, you are the right hand of- and report directly to Group CFO Martine Kok. You will manage the Group Finance Control & Reporting department (3FTE). You and your team manage the group consolidated reporting, accounting, treasury and fiscal affairs. You actively collaborate with the local CFOs of The Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia, the Group Legal and the Group Quality departments to enable a strong corporate governance and finance & administration environment. You must be able to act as a full-fledged discussion and sparring partner for (group- and regional-) management, the board and investors. The ideal candidate
You enjoy taking the lead in the development of your team members and improving upon financial and organizational structures. You are entrepreneurial and take responsibility for building a high performing team, delivering top quality reporting and building efficient processes and structures.
As you will be working with an international team of professionals, you need to have a flexible mindset and be willing to travel occasionally.
- Masters University degree (or comparable) holder in Finance or Accounting. Holds the Dutch Registered Accountant (RA) title with continued education;
- Minimum of 10 years working experience, including 3 years in a group finance role with end responsibility for group annual accounts;
- Working experience within a multinational, Private equity owned company, including interaction with shareholders and supervisory board and working with different cultures and countries. Preferably within the (Health)care service delivery (or organisations acting in the industry) or B-to-C service delivery organisations (e.g. retail, logistics);
- Knowledge and experience in the field of (statutory) reporting, accounting, financing, cash & liquidity planning, treasury and fiscal management, working capital management and internal controls/ risk management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills applicable for multi-cultural settings and communication with executive, managerial and staff level. Way of communication: Open and transparent, able to challenge colleagues in a positive way, a down to earth person who can bring a consistent and concise message.
