With a direct presence in all major established and developing feed producing markets around the world they have their headquarters in Europe, but they are also present throughout the world. Orffa has multiple own brand lines as well as with their branded ingredient portfolio. Orffa creates, selects and delivers feed additive solutions to fit the customer’s individual requirements.

The job profile

For further professionalization and growth of Orffa we are looking for a Manager Finance and Control with a great sense of business. This is an exciting opportunity with broad responsibilities. You are the Business Partner of the CFO and MT and you lead the international Finance department (10-12 FTE).
You are chiefly responsible for all daily, business- and financial control and FP&A activities. On top off that you will provide clear insights and report for the organization. You will be overseeing the financial operations of the company while developing and maintaining the strategies to ensure growth.

Next to this you have a leading role in several group finance projects like:

  • Supporting the implementation of the new ERP system; 
  • Setting up ESG reporting; 
  • You will be involved in post-integration processes of future M&A projects.

The ideal candidate

Besides strong analytical and technical finance skills, the ideal candidate brings a well-balanced personality with drive, energy and managerial skills. He or she needs to be a self-starter and a strong team player. You are a true business partner, persistent and are stress resistant.  
  • Master’s degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, or Business Administration, preferably with a CPA or other relevant qualification;
  • At least 8 of relevant experience required, of which at least 3 years in a (people) management position in an international business environment; 
  • BIG 4 experience is preferred;
  • Leadership; ability to motivate and develop people;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams;
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, energetic personality; 
  • Charismatic, socially very skilled, connector; 
  • Decisive and goal oriented;
  • Organizational agility, especially in an informal company culture; 
  • Fluently in Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
